FESTIVALS Dr. Khalikulov has been invited
to join the faculty of
the International Academy of Music for a festival this summer in The International Academy of Music together with the cooperation of the Lyceum of the Arts - St. Petersburg will conduct its 2008 season in St. Petersburg, Russia.
